The Uganda Swimming Coaches Association (USCA) is the national body that brings together swimming coaches across the country. It serves as a platform for collaboration, professional growth, and advocacy for coaches who are dedicated to raising the standards of swimming in Uganda. USCA works closely with schools, clubs, and institutions to ensure that coaching practices are safe, ethical, and effective in nurturing athletes from grassroots to elite levels.
